Cassie is an experienced healthcare executive with a passion for innovation and strategy. She has 25 years of experience in CPG, OTC, Pharma, and Medical Devices at both large companies (Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, and Nabisco) and smaller private equity and venture capital-backed environments (Neuronetics, Neocis, Insight Pharmaceuticals). She has managed several portfolios of iconic brands ranging from $25M to $700M, including the Yomi Robot, NeuroStar, Dupixent, Invega Sustenna, Nucynta, Risperdal Consta, Monistat, E.P.T, K-Y, Carefree Pantiliners, Chips Ahoy!, and Oreo Cookies.
Cassie has consistently applied the principles of marketing excellence that she learned in consumer brand management to pharmaceutical and medical device marketing which has enabled her to consistently deliver double-digit growth. As Vice President of Marketing at Neuronetics, she drove annual company revenues from $21 million to $52.8 million. 36% CAGR over 3 years and helped to take the company public in June 2018. At Insight Pharmaceuticals she helped to drive Insight’s total top-line sales growth of 11% over two years. The success led to the acquisition of Insight by Prestige Brands, Inc. for $750 million.
Cassie got her MBA at the HAAS School of Business, University of California Berkeley. She received her BA from the University of Chicago, where she was a co-founder of the University of Chicago’s famous Scavenger Hunt.
